Mixed Media Daisy Workshop
Join me, a professional artist, for a jam packed creative day full of fun, relaxation with like-minded people where you are free to tap into your creative self. With over 40 years experience you are in the best hands, beginners to advanced, all will benefit from this adventure exploring so many facets of art. We will be creating in my air-conditioned purpose built studio amidst peaceful surroundings of cottage gardens at 53-55 Woods Rd, St. Albans Park, Geelong.
The workshop is a full day and will commence on the 6th April at 10am-4.30pm where you will be free to explore your creative side. You will have full access to acrylic paints, inks, sprays paints, background stencils, and so much more. I will take you through all the freedom of abstract, from complimentary colours to composition so you can freely create a background for your piece. We will break for lunch and indulge in a sumptuous feast of wraps, a platter of meats, cheeses, dips, crackers and fruits and seafood. There will be morning and afternoon teas of sweet treats and a cuppa. After lunch you will create more realistic daisy type flowers of your choice, and then add the finishing touches, maybe a bee, butterfly if you choose to finish your masterpiece. This will all be created on a canvas approximately 24"x24" and it will be ready to hang in your pride of place
In the workshops I provide a beautiful space where you can fully immerse yourself into the ambience of creating, while I share my 40 years experience of painting and drawing to each and every student. Art should be a healing experience no matter what your level of experience is, and I work with each student accordingly. All students must be 16 years and older (unless otherwise arranged) and be ready for a day of fun and joy as you tap into your creative self and express your own individual work of art. Maximum number of 8 students only, so book your spot today.
Cost is $350
Everything will be provided so all you need to bring is yourself and get ready to be inspired.
Bookings and payment will be done on this website shop. Once booking and payment has been completed your place is guaranteed and no cancellation or refund will be available. An email will be sent clarifying your booking and details of time and place. A lot of planning and purchasing of materials takes place to set up a workshop, but I know occasionally it can arise that you may be unable to attend, and if this is the case you are most welcome to transfer into another workshop in the near future (or be put on a waiting list for another workshop if space is not available at that time) or substitute another student that can be arranged by yourself. Any such changes must be notified at least one week before workshop is to commence.
